About Base Building Consultancy

Base Building Consultancy is a practice of Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Party Wall Surveyors, operating primarily for investors, developers and occupiers of commercial properties. We provide specialist building surveying services across all sectors of the property industry. We understand that our business is about people as well as property and provide an independent personal, and commercially-aware service which is tailored to each individual instruction. All instructions receive a Base Director as a point of contact. Whatever stage your project is, call or e-mail us now for a professional, friendly and free consultation.
