About Basezero Fitness Studio

At Basezero, we are redefining the future of functional training in Portugal. We are a premium studio that combines scientific methodology, advanced technology, and exclusive programming to create a fully guided, immersive training experience designed not only for health, but also for high-level performance. Each session is designed by exercise physiologists, professionals who create structured, coherent and visually guided training experiences, leveraging the power of technology to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, quality and feedback of every workout. Our mission is to transform the way people train, moving away from the conventional gym model and bringing to life a concept that places experience, training design and continuous evolution at its core. Our goal is simple: to create a space where every session represents a real step forward. Where technology and functional training meet. If you’re looking for a partner in health, performance and well-being — for yourself, your company or your team — we’re ready to collaborate.
