About Battle Plan Strategic Consulting

Battle Plan Strategic Consulting, LLC, was founded in October of 2020, and is a Black-woman owned consulting firm that partners with nonprofits, foundations, and associations to turn strategy into execution. We build the governance, operational, financial, and project management systems that help organizations plan with intention, execute with discipline, and prove their impact. We envision a nonprofit and philanthropic sector where innovative ideas are matched with strong infrastructure — where organizations operate with clarity, accountability, and equity, and where communities benefit from institutions built to last.
