About BAUST architects

We are an architectural firm that has been operating since 2011. Specializing in the design of residential homes, offices, hotels, and public facilities, our approach is centered on innovative design, community orientation, sustainability, and achieving our clients' goals. We undertake both new constructions and reconstructions, employing a comprehensive approach that brings together all necessary experts and specialists. Architects, designers, engineers, and constructors work together to create projects that are functional, safe, and visually appealing. These collaborative efforts ensure alignment of crucial decisions at every stage of the project, catering to the needs of all stakeholders and clients. From initial site assessment to the completion of detailed architectural plans, our experienced team is here to support our clients at every step. We prepare all necessary documentation and develop practical solutions that not only align with our clients' objectives but also enhance the site, contributing to positive community development. Effective design considers the client's end goal, integrates seamlessly into the existing context, and brings benefits to people. A quality project for commercial real estate means increased sales within the right budget through thoughtful decisions. For office spaces, it translates to enhanced productivity. In HoReCa, it's the atmosphere that immerses guests and leaves them with unforgettable impressions, turning visitors into repeat guests. A well-executed hotel project increases sales, reduces costs, and boosts profit. Quality design for individual residential projects is about meeting our clients' needs. Architecture should reflect the character of its inhabitants. Quality design makes architecture safe, beneficial, and beautiful.
