The company is headed up by Joe Baxter, who over the course of a 15-year career has overseen campaigns across an array of genres for a variety of high-profile clients including Universal Records, Warner Music Group, Sony Music, BMG, Live Nation, Kilimanjaro Live, The North Sea Jazz Festival, Ronnie Scott’s, The Love Supreme Festival, BBC Radio 2, Concord Music Group, Blue Note and many more. Joe also sits on the advisory board for the Cheltenham Jazz Festival and is an A&R consultant for Decca/Universal.
