About Bay and Bush, Jervis Bay

Bay and Bush Nature Retreat – Jervis Bay Bay and Bush Nature Retreat is a boutique accommodation and retreat destination set on 27 acres of pristine Australian bushland near Jervis Bay, just two hours from Sydney and Canberra. Our retreat offers private bushland cottages designed for guests to relax, reconnect with nature, and experience the calm of the Australian bush while remaining close to the beaches and attractions of Jervis Bay. Alongside our accommodation, Bay and Bush hosts corporate leadership retreats, off-site meetings, and small group gatherings for teams seeking a peaceful setting away from the office. With dedicated meeting spaces, chef-prepared dining from the Bay and Bush Café, and nature-based experiences, we create an environment where guests and teams can slow down, think clearly, collaborate, and reconnect. Whether visiting for a nature escape, wellness experience, or corporate retreat, Bay and Bush offers a unique stay immersed in the beauty of the Australian bush.
