Bayakha Infrastructure Partners is an authorised, 100% black-owned, specialist infrastructure fund manager licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority as a Category I & II financial services provider (FSP number: 47414). Established in 2016, Bayakha was created as a direct response to the growing need for fund management firms with the capabilities to identify and deliver financial and impact-returning infrastructure investments. MISSION As a company we are driven by our mission to be an impact investor bringing about development through infrastructure investments in sub-Saharan Africa. Over the next 5 years to 2025, our vision is to raise ZAR 5 billion in two tranches, to invest in high quality infrastructure projects that will deliver attractive returns to investors and verifiable socio-economic impact.
