About BayShore Group of Northrop Realty

We have streamlined the process of buying or selling properties to make it easier for you! BayShore Group was built upon the idea of the ultimate real estate experience. Founder and Team Leader Tom Ruch is always trying to stay ahead of the pack of everyday real estate agents, harnessing tomorrow's technology with the know-how in order to keep clients satisfied, and create a raving fan-base! BayShore Group is not just an idea or a brand, but is the essence of a real estate transaction. It will be fun. It will be a learning experience - and it most certainly will be a great experience. From touring waterfront farms in the company UTV, to utilizing interactive mapping software to discover property features and boundaries, to helping buyers using our drone for inspecting a roof, we'll make sure you have an experience worth writing about.
