About bbb health boutique

bbb health boutique is a holistic women-only gym where body, food & mind are at the heart of everything we do. We guide women towards a healthier lifestyle in a warm, professional and accessible way, helping them feel stronger, more energetic and happier in their bodies. Our team of specialised coaches supports women in achieving their personal goals. At bbb you will find lifestyle coaches, trainers, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, dietitians and personal trainers, allowing us to approach health from multiple perspectives and for every stage of life. We offer dedicated programmes for women who are pregnant, have recently given birth, are going through menopause, or are recovering from physical or mental complaints. Our workouts take place in our hot cabins: specially heated workout spaces where movement becomes more effective while remaining gentle on the body. Exercising in warmth stimulates circulation, improves flexibility and detoxification, supports fat burning and helps muscles recover more efficiently. In addition to hot cabin workouts, we offer yoga, Pilates, barre, TRX, strength classes, personal training, food and lifestyle coaching, and a seasonal challenge to inspire our members. We also organise regular retreats, where movement, nutrition, relaxation and personal growth come together. bbb health boutique now has 10 studios across 9 cities: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft, Tilburg, Den Bosch and Amersfoort — and continues to grow. We also founded bbb physiotherapy, the sister practice of bbb health boutique, where female holistic physiotherapists help women with recovery, injury prevention and strengthening their bodies. At bbb, we create a place where women can work on their health — physically, mentally and emotionally.
