BBQ & Bubbly is a sparkling food and wine experience presented by The Wine Centric Show. Its inaugural event debuted on May 31, 2025, with a sold-out crowd of 1,000+ food and wine enthusiasts. The event brought together over a dozen acclaimed chefs and pitmasters, 20 sparkling wines, local craft beer, desserts, and dynamic mini-masterclasses led by national culinary voices. Hosted at Fenton in Cary, North Carolina, BBQ & Bubbly is both elevated and welcoming—spotlighting Raleigh and the Triangle as a fast-rising culinary destination.
