About BC Food Technologists Association (BCFT)

BCFT is the regional section of Institute of Food Technologists and Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology in British Columbia. Members from all aspects of the industry and a volunteer Board actively promote and advocate for the Food Industry in British Columbia, Canada, including numerous technical and social events. Our mission is to connect the food industry and academic professionals in BC, and advance the science of food and its application.
