Established in 1990 as a statewide 501(c)(3) non-profit Certified Development Corporation, Business & Community Lenders (BCL) of Texas is committed to improving the quality of life for Texas through full-cycle small business development, homeownership and community development programs. In addition to providing businesses with counseling and technical assistance, BCL of Texas originates, underwrites, processes, closes and services business loans to healthy, growing businesses. The organization also offers homeownership programs, helping customers become and remain responsible and successful homeowners.
