About Beachcomber Hot Tubs

Beachcomber is a company built on care for the health, happiness, and well-being of our staff, customers, stores and corporate partners. This is not an abstract ideal, but a very real presence that you should expect to experience in all your dealings. We are family owned, and do not answer to distant shareholders. We support our customers and their ongoing satisfaction with a high quality, comfortable hot tub, a strong worldwide guarantee, and a high level of energy efficiency. Our independently owned stores hold the same values and care for the Beachcomber spa owner, as we do. In fact, ever since we embarked on this journey in 1978 of “connecting family, friends and loved ones”, we have looked after each and every one of our customers and treated them like family. Beachcomber has always attracted great people, who understand that quality comes from giving, contributing and putting heart and soul into our hot tubs. That explains why so many of our people are long term, working with Beachcomber for many years and even bringing their family members in to join our team. Beachcomber continues to thrive because our people have given more, to enable our customers to have the best product in the world. Strong values from humble beginnings so long ago, continue to permeate everything we do, and the Beachcomber hot tub you purchase. Our belief in quality and looking after our customers long after the sale is made is our commitment to you.
