Our mission is to provide personalized community life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury. We have 12 group homes for individuals with disabilities and brain injury throughout Rochester. In addition, we offer the Bear Creek Independent Living Services program. This allows people with disabilities to achieve their dreams of greater life independence. We are looking for a few people to join our team! We provide a great amount of on-the-job training to make sure that each person is successful.
