Bear The Brunt CIC jobs and careers

About Bear The Brunt CIC

Bear the Brunt unlocks the competitive mindset of athletes for business and society by creating clear, supported routes from sport to skilled careers while keeping young talent active and ambitious. Our vision is a future where every athlete, regardless of background, finishes sport feeling academically qualified, professionally connected, and culturally valued by employers who understand their unique edge. We imagine a world where: - Elite sport is recognised in DEI hiring - Companies build in-house pipelines for athlete talent - Sports clubs embed dual-career education as standard. We prepare athletes with skill-building, mentoring, and mindset workshops; connect them to internships and graduate roles through our talent platform; and help sports clubs keep doors open through education. We work with companies to prove the value of hiring athletes, then help them scale it.
