About Bearskin Group

𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 is a boutique engineering firm designed to serve capital-driven businesses. Our name pays homage to the bearskin — the iconic headgear of the 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝. It’s a uniform of service, not status. That’s how we operate: quietly, precisely, and always in service of the bigger goal. 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞: • Portfolio companies of family offices • PE-backed businesses in digital transformation • Industrial and manufacturing groups modernising operations (robotics, plant automation, industry 4.0) 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫: • Pre-investment Technical due diligence to help investors and founders move forward with clarity and confidence. • Post-funding Senior engineers are embedded directly into product teams to move fast and build right from day one. • Growth Support scaling of products, teams, and infrastructure — while maintaining quality as complexity grows. • Recovery Rapid intervention when tech breaks down — assessing, rebuilding, and getting things back on track. • 𝚁𝚘𝚕𝚕–𝚞𝚙𝚜 & 𝙱𝚞𝚢–𝚊𝚗𝚍–𝙱𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚍 Technical leadership and integration support for roll-up and buy-and-build strategies. We map fragmented stacks and teams, decide what to keep, what to merge, and what to retire quietly, then stay close until the new platform holds under real-world load. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐀-𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 We operate like an elite technical special forces unit for capital, brought in when situations are complex, sensitive, or already off track. 𝑂𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑠 𝑤𝑖𝑡ℎ 𝑢𝑛𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑢𝑡𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑠: - Built and scaled products to 60M+ users - Led exits to strategic buyers - Helped take platforms past $1B+ in enterprise value - Seen enough failed integrations, roll-ups, and “transformations” to know exactly what does not work and how to avoid repeating it. You bring the vision. We bring the force to make it real.
