About BecauseYOU

A social enterprise that works at the intersection of mental health and leadership. We support individuals and organisations to thrive. We unlock potential through self-discovery and placing mental health at the centre. We believe that we can live a full life, irrespective of emotional distress - if we have the right support and belief in ourselves. BecauseYOU has that belief in each person we work with. We design high quality group based programs with trauma informed therapists, mindfulness practitioners and facilitators to serve individuals and organisations. Our approach is not to 'fix a problem' but to unlock potential. Our mentors include an eclectic mix of entrepreneurs, artists, consciousness and mental health experts. People from around the world who've come together for a common vision. Reach out if you're looking for support yourself, or for your organisation.
