About Bedarwal Group

Bedarwal Group | Land Strategy, Aggregation & Real Estate Development Bedarwal Group is a land-first real estate organization with deep expertise in land strategy, aggregation, and land banking across high-potential growth corridors in India. With decades of experience in identifying, acquiring, and structuring large land parcels, the group has played a critical role in enabling real estate development across metros, mini-metros, and emerging Tier-II and Tier-III cities. In the National Capital Region (NCR), Bedarwal Group was among the early visionaries to recognize the expansion potential north of Delhi. Through strategic land aggregation and long-term land holdings, the group helped unlock development opportunities in Sonepat, Panipat, Gurgaon, Bhiwadi, and surrounding regions, providing land platforms that supported several leading developers in building landmark residential and commercial projects. Over the years, Bedarwal has evolved from land aggregation into integrated real estate development, with interests spanning townships, group housing, commercial developments, retail destinations, hospitality projects, office spaces, and mixed-use developments. Key developments include Bedarwal City – Mahendergarh, a modern integrated township on State Highway-17, and Bedarwal Midland Park – Panipat, a mixed-use destination featuring retail, hospitality, entertainment, and leisure facilities. With upcoming developments across New Delhi, Bhiwadi, Kaithal, and Madhya Pradesh, Bedarwal Group continues to focus on unlocking land value and transforming strategic locations into thriving urban destinations. An ISO 9001:2000 certified organization and founding member of NAREDCO, Bedarwal Group remains committed to responsible development, long-term partnerships, and creating sustainable value through strategic land development.
