About Bedminster Works

We connect people who want space with people who have space, helping to secure long-term, affordable and secure homes for the groups, projects and businesses that make Bedminster thrive. We help socially-trading organisations to lease or buy buildings, develop business plans, raise capital and negotiate agreements that secure their future in the area. We work with property owners and agents to help lease or sell property for uses that will revitalise the high street and encourage inclusive and long-term growth. We nurture the development of a new horizon of civic spaces, that connect people, grow community and make low-carbon living enjoyable and everyday
