About Bee Wise Kft.

🇬🇧 Our company's main area of activity is the provision of sophisticated intelligent building solutions. Our mission is to provide our customers with a comprehensive service package that accompanies them throughout the entire life cycle of the building. We get involved in the management of BIM models in the implementation phase of the construction process so that the appropriate information can be transferred to the operational phase. Our modern operational software, based on Building Information Models, provides easy-to-customise and extremely efficient solutions for the operator or owner. Our building operation software serves not just for simple CAFM tasks, but it offers a complete package that includes the management of related contracts, tracking of incoming daily tasks, the handling of physical asset lists, as well as the management of error reports. We are prepared for buildings with old or unknown data as well, as we conduct building surveys and BIM model construction, or even supplement the existing BIM model information content, using our latest laser scanning technology. This allows us to collect the most accurate data about the building's geometry and structure, which can form the basis for planning and maintenance processes. Our goal is to provide revolutionary services that represent the future. Through modern IoT and Digital Twin solutions, we provide real-time images of processes, events, and the state of the production line in the building. This complements existing supervision systems or, if needed, creates an entirely new one, making the operation of our building transparent.
