Incorporated in February 2012, Beehive Capital Advisors is an integrated Investment and Corporate Advisory company. Portfolio Advisory and Corporate Finance are our two broad business segments. Through Portfolio Advisory, based on detailed research, we advise and manage our HNI clients’ portfolio. We have a dedicated equity research team that analyses and tracks over 100 stocks across sectors. Under our Corporate Finance vertical, we offer Capital Raising, CFO and Business Advisory Services and M&A Advisory. We are predominantly focused on early stage companies, particularly operating in differentiated technology or services space. Our client base includes companies from varied sectors like alternate power, wearable technology, logistics, textile and healthcare services. Each of our service is headed by industry specialists with individual experience of 10+ years. We also have a strategic partnership with Systematix Group for our Investment Banking business.
