About Beer Girl
Born out of her family brewery in 2023, Beer Girl was created by Caroline Foulk with one simple mission - to make a beer she could actually drink. While battling an autoimmune disease and working at her family’s Wagon Wheel Brewing Co., Caroline set out to create a beer that wouldn’t leave her feeling weighed down. Made with corn, not wheat, Beer Girl lagers are gluten-reduced, zero-sugar, and easy-drinking without the bloat. What began as a small-batch experiment has since grown into one of Southern California’s fastest-rising “better-for-you” beer brands - made by women, for everyone especially those who loves beer and balance!!
