We are on a mission to close the data gap in space and facilities management, making every square foot work hard, so every penny spent is well invested. Since 2017 we’ve been changing the facilities and space management industry. We realised that while occupancy levels decreased, energy usage stayed the same, resulting in a lot of wasted carbon and money in space and facilities. Which is all down to how occupancy was monitored, often by hand and infrequently. Change was needed. We created a Sensor to understand how space is being used and a dashboard to provide insight in how to best manage it. Our plug-and-play operation turns data into actionable insights, making buildings smarter and space management simple.
