About Behavioural Consulting Group

Behavioural Consulting Group is a management consulting practice specilising in solutions that incorporate Behavioural Science principles and models. We know that leaders who manage by results alone have to work a lot harder than leaders who manage by results and behaviours. Spending time on what people achieve – Results is important but as important as this is understanding how they get those results. Knowing this, allows the leader to replicate results and it helps him pin point critical high impact behaviours that need to take place even when he is not around. We support leaders to review their business with a behavioural lens and show them how to manage with leading indicators not just lagging indicators. By doing this, we help our clients achieve Measurable and Sustainable Results. We know how it works and because it is based on tested and proven methods, we know it works.
