Bellarine Community Health Ltd has a long history of providing quality, professional health services for people on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. We offer specialised health services for all ages including children, youth, adults and seniors. Our health services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, nutrition and dietetics, counselling, podiatry and foot care, community nursing, palliative care, women's and men's health, cardiac rehabilitation and dental services. We operate from five locations on the Bellarine, including Point Lonsdale, Drysdale, Portarlington and Ocean Grove.
