About Belmontez Construction LLC

We are a quality builder in the valley of the sun, specializing in such areas as new build construction, renovations, and tenant improvement projects. We are a group of both individuals and general contractors dedicated to quality in the buildings to stand the test of time and provide quality to our customer for years to come. Our general contracting process utilizes a teamwork approach and engages the owner's project team(owners, architects, engineers, and consultants) in understanding the intent of the design and the needs of the owner. Together, our team will ensure that design, budget, scheduling and construction quality will be managed properly from beginning to end.
