Benchmark RPO jobs and careers

About Benchmark RPO

Benchmark RPO is an American company, with a US-based management team, and an offshore recruitment team. Our American managers drive the delivery to the same standards (or benchmark) that they expected as former RPO clients, satisfying a critical need in our industry. Our head office is in Salt Lake City, Utah, in the heart of Silicon Slopes. Our main delivery center is located Hyderabad, India, at the hub of the Indian outsourcing industry. Empower Your Existing Recruiters Your recruiters spend most of their time sourcing candidates, and little time actually recruiting. Benchmark RPO can provide you with sourcing specialists to feed qualified candidates to your recruiters, freeing their time to do what they do best, make placements. End-To-End Recruiting We are happy to provide you with dedicated full-service recruiters, experienced in both passive sourcing (Linked In, networking, social media, etc.), and active sourcing along with access to the best industry job boards.
