About Bendall & Sons Solicitors

We are a small long established firm with a sound reputation for friendly and efficient service, off ering a broad range of legal services to clients both local and international, with particular expertise in domestic and commercial conveyancing, family law, and wills and probate. We are based in West Suffolk, with offices in the historic market towns of Newmarket and Mildenhall. The service we offer is a personal one with mature, approachable, fully qualified staff who are happy to deal with matters in whichever way you prefer – in person, by phone, letter or email. We understand that using a lawyer can sometimes be daunting so we endeavour to use plain English and avoid jargon where possible. Some of our services can be dealt with on a fixed fee basis, such as straightforward wills, uncontested divorces, lasting power of attorney, conveyancing and debt collection letters. We also offer a low cost fixed fee first half hour consultation.
