About Benefaction Foundation

Benefaction Foundation is a public foundation registered with the Charities Directorate of the Canada Revenue Agency. Our mission is to encourage philanthropy by helping Canadians maximize charitable giving while minimizing tax burdens. We help individuals and their financial advisors make a positive impact through planned giving with our Donor Advised Funds. Our organization consists of an experienced team, supported by consultants with a high level of expertise in both the philanthropic and financial arenas. We are well-qualified to help you establish a Donor Advised Fund that complements your overall wealth management plan, so that you and your family can really make a difference. We are also a valuable resource for investment, legal and tax professionals, who want to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the role of charitable giving in their client’s financial and estate plan.
