Bennett & Rhodes, Inc. is a tax and accounting firm that specializes in advisory services. Our clients range from small to medium in size, vary from one employee to five hundred employees, and range from a few thousand dollars to fifty million dollars per year in annual volume. We prepare annual tax returns for individuals, business entities, trusts, estates, nonprofit and pension and profit sharing plans. In addition to tax preparation, we serve our clients with tax planning and transaction control. We analyze and recommend specific arrangements to meet each client's financial, personal and tax objectives. We develop plans to meet personal goals of each client and to minimize the burden of income, estate, gift, and/or generation-skipping taxes. Typically, this results in substantial tax savings, which benefits the client's family or business. Nicole Bennett and Shelly Rhodes began with Brent K August & Co in 1988. In 2016 Bennett and Rhodes acquired the firm of Brent K August & Co. (Est 1963). We have consulted with clients in a wide variety of engagements, including but not limited to divorce planning, expert testimony, reconstructive accounting, and representation before the IRS.
