We act as an independent owner's representative, helping clients align feasibility, permitting, factory strategy, procurement, and delivery across modular housing projects. From ADU portfolios and neighborhood infill to multifamily and hospitality developments, Bequall helps owners reduce execution risk, coordinate stakeholders, and move projects forward with greater clarity, confidence, and control.
