About BergLabs.ai

BergLabs.ai builds the infrastructure that makes production AI work in the real world. We operate large-scale human-in-the-loop AI training systems, combining on-the-ground data operations in India with structured annotation pipelines that deliver 98.5% quality at enterprise scale. Our core platform, BergFlow, powers annotation and labelling across two of the fastest-moving verticals in AI Training: E-commerce and Robotics, and is already trusted by teams at the frontier of this space, including the largest e-commerce platforms and Tier-1 VC-funded robotics companies. India is the world's most underestimated data environment: dense, unstructured, high-variability, exactly the conditions that make AI systems robust at a global scale. Our capability centres and distributed workforce across tier 2 and tier 3 cities, like Dehradun, Jammu, and beyond, deliver world-class results while creating 2,000+ skilled AI jobs and catalysing economic opportunity across India's emerging innovation hubs. We have scaled to 50M+ data points annotated with 99.8% accuracy, with 10,000+ hours of video and audio processed monthly. Beyond data, BergLabs operates across the full AI production stack: BergFlow: Annotation and labelling at scale, purpose-built for e-commerce and robotics workflows BergAuto: Enterprise workflow automation, reducing operational overhead across complex business processes in sectors such as BFSI BergWork: Data & Workforce Operations with infrastructure support for Annotation BergTalent: Specialised AI-ready workforce placement BergVerso: GEO Visibility and positioning for the AI-native enterprises The AI companies that win will need to have better data feeding the models, which builds better products, which generate more data. BergLabs exists to power that flywheel. We give enterprise teams the data infrastructure to enter the loop and stay in it. To contact us: https://calendar.app.google/ULrsxwZDJjCcP1h26
