About Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate

Message from Robert T. Do, CEO, Founder and Broker When we talk about life changing opportunities, we were very fortunate to start this company almost 20 years ago. This company didn’t start until the first agent joined. Our company has always been about our family of agents. We built this company around the belief that if we created a home for our agents to join that offers the best compensation plans, the best support staff, no office and no desk fees, the best no-cost training and coaching, and the best technology, it would provide them with the ability to build and grow their team and their business within our company, they would join and stay with us for as long as they are practicing real estate. And, in fact, this has happened; the proof being the years that our agents have remained part of our family, many of them for over a decade. It has always been about our agents. Our belief that became our reality and changing so many lives . Next was to find another opportunity to grow beyond what we had already accomplished – to Be the Best. After two decades we finally found that opportunity. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is one of the most recognized and highly respected residential and commercial real estate companies in the United States and worldwide, and one of the fastest growing franchises in the world with more than 43,000 agents and 1,300 offices in 47 states. In just over three years, BHHS has achieved many significant milestones and has assembled what we consider to be the premier and greatest set of tools, systems and marketing programs that real estate agents need to succeed now and most importantly, in the future. We are proud to be a part of this distinguished organization. Join us to embark on this journey towards your goals, your success, and your financial empire!
