About Bernd Hummel Holding GmbH

Our owner-run, family business operates under the umbrella of Bernd Hummel Holding. Bernd D. Hummel and his two daughters, Anne-Katrin and Julia C. Hummel, serve as managing directors. Our company headquarters are located in Neuffer am Park, a former shoe factory in the "shoe city" of Pirmasens in southwestern Rhineland-Palatinate. As the largest licensee of the KangaROOS brand, we work with sublicense partners for design, manufacturing and distribution of KangaROOS products across Europe. KangaROOS: The Original Shoes with Pockets! With our flip*flop brand, we create and distribute easy-to-wear holiday, home and spa collections through flip*flop GmbH, and are establishing a license business in various segments. The flip*flop ORIGINAL is a trendy classic and the heart of the brand. We are involved in renovating and revitalizing historic buildings. Two former shoe factories in Pirmasens, Neuffer am Park and what was once the Salamander shoe factory, today P-Town-Lofts, as well as the Weisse Kaserne in Zweibrücken, have been given new life by Bernd Hummel Immobilienprojekte GmbH.
