About Bernie's Mocktails

Bernadine Joseph, also known as Juliet Charles “Songbird,” proudly shares the vibrant taste of her Caribbean heritage through her all-natural handcrafted drinks, inspired by the rich culture of Trinidad & Tobago and a deep family tradition of cooking excellence. Guided by her faith and passion, she continues a legacy started by her grandmother, a renowned hotel head cook, and carried on by her mother, both celebrated for their culinary mastery. Today, she blends this heritage with creativity and care to produce refreshing drinks that celebrate authenticity, culture, and the true spirit of the Caribbean in every sip.
