About Bernilai Foundation

We believe that by creating a robust training ecosystem, we can prepare people to take on greater responsibilities, including pursuing higher education and advanced training. This is our journey: preparing individuals to be ready for whatever challenges and opportunities lie ahead, building a more skilled and empowered community, one person at a time. Our primary beneficiaries are communities living in Indonesia’s 3T regions (Tertinggal, Terluar, and Terdepan). These areas include remote small islands, overlooked border regions, and hard-to-reach inland communities. These individuals are directly affected by unequal infrastructure and limited access to information, which severely hinders their progress. The lack of learning and training opportunities becomes a significant barrier to their personal development and an improved quality of life. Through our programs, we aim to reach and empower these marginalized communities, opening up new opportunities and helping them break free from isolation.
