Bespoke Wellness builds infrastructure for measurable human resilience at the intersection of physiology, consciousness, and disciplined inner work. The company originates from a founder-led practice rooted in sacred Sanskrit texts which honor the original tantra, kundalini, and divine feminine. The method is grounded in years of work and applied nervous-system regulation. The latest Bespoke Wellness transmission focuses on the basal ganglia—and in an initial pilot study, this significantly improves HRV in most clients and at least moderately improves HRV in all subjects. Bespoke Wellness exists to convert subtle-state practices into defensible data—to create the translation layer between lived transformation and measurable change. This is a human optimization platform designed for people who operate with agency and seek repeatable results. Bespoke Wellness is now preparing a formal HRV study in collaboration with a PhD neuroscience researcher at Amrita University, with planned institutional affiliation through Amrita Hospital in Kochi. Revenue to date is generated from repeat clients and a small, high-LTV cohort acquired through A Beautiful Story Project and the founder’s Substack @worldwidetransformation—writing that explores recovery after early trauma. That narrative arc—rupture to agency—has proven to be a durable engine. Parallel to institutional research validation, we will evolve from founder-led practice into systematized delivery: protocols that can be taught, tracked & replicated, subscription-based global access, and practitioner network expansion.
