About Best In You Coaching

Most professionals help students get into college. We help them succeed once they get there. We work closely with admissions consultants, essay coaches, parent coaches, and college prep professionals to support students once academics are no longer the main issue. We coach teens and young adults through the transition into independence. Many are smart, capable, and accomplished but still struggle with time management, communication, stress, follow through, and the daily demands of running their own life. These are real world skills most students are never taught, and the first semester is often where the challenges show up. Our work focuses directly on the student. We help them build the confidence, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-advocacy skills they need to thrive in college and beyond. As students grow, parents feel more at ease and the entire support system becomes stronger. We partner with parent coaches, college consultants, essay specialists, tutors, test prep professionals, and youth programs. Your work guides students into the right school. Our coaching helps them stay confident, capable, and resilient once they arrive. Together we offer full circle support for families. Families appreciate the teamwork. Professionals appreciate the alignment. Students grow quickly when they have both. We offer a referral thank you for partners who send a student our way and they become a coaching client. If you support teens or young adults, we'd love to connect. Also, check out our simple but effective guided Daily Thrive Journal on Amazon. https://a.co/d/5DM4jJv
