About Better Merch

Better Merch is an aspiring Social Enterprise on a mission to create employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals. Founded by Viki Govic, a mother of a neurodiverse child, the business is grounded in lived experience and deep empathy. We believe success looks different for everyone — and that workplaces should reflect that. Through purpose-driven merchandise, we’re building inclusive jobs that empower people to thrive.
