About Beyond Properties Ltd

Beyond Properties uses its capital to acquire properties in sought-after, up-and-coming areas in the United Kingdom. Along with our team of highly experienced professionals, we add significant value to our properties. Once completed, our letting and management team find the best tenants to generate a strong rental income or, alternatively, sell the property on the open market through an experienced local estate agent for a smooth sale and significant capital profit. The main strategy of Beyond Properties is to increase value to existing properties by converting them into houses of multiple occupation (HMO's), refurbish them to high quality standards and allow our hand-picked tenants to live in harmonious homes. We focus our business in key goldmine areas around the UK, addressing a shortage in supply and an increase in rental demand year on year. Beyond Properties is directed by dedicated real estate professionals and develops lasting partnerships with national and local experts.
