About BGC HUNGARY

BGC Hungary uses a fun, active environment to teach English through language acquisition to children aged 3 to 14. The program employs native English-speaking teachers and offers a curriculum developed in partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The program operates in several public educational institutions across Budapest, and its suburbs, teaching hundreds of students every year. BGC Hungary prioritizes creating a natural learning environment that emphasizes the communication-oriented exploration of the language over conscious learning, grammar rules, and tedious language development through an activity-based approach. BGC Hungary was awarded the European Language Award in 2014 for its innovative approach. BGC Hungary values its teachers and goes the extra mile to provide them with extensive training, as well as assistance with immigration and accommodation. Moreover, BGC runs a mentoring program that aims to provide young teachers worldwide with development opportunities. BGC Hungary regularly recruits native English speakers and early childhood educators to join its team at the BGC Preschool Program. For the BGC Afterschool Program, the organization seeks native licensed or TEFL-certified teachers with substantial experience. Many teachers who have worked alongside BGC describe the opportunity as "life-changing". If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding experience abroad with comprehensive assistance in immigration procedures and accommodation search, BGC Hungary welcomes you to join them and change your life today.
