About BGR Event Center (formerly BattleGR)

BGR Event Center (formerly BattleGR) is West Michigan’s premier hosted corporate event venue and on-site team engagement partner. We design and facilitate structured, high-engagement corporate experiences for 20–350+ employees — eliminating the stress, awkward downtime, and logistical burden that often fall on internal planners. Our model is simple: You bring your team. We lead the experience. Unlike traditional venues that only provide space, BGR Event Center delivers professionally facilitated events with intentional flow, guided rotations, dedicated staff, and seamless coordination of activities, food, and timing. Every experience is built to maximize engagement, strengthen team connection, and ensure leaders can participate — not manage logistics. We specialize in: • Corporate team socials & department celebrations • Holiday parties & company milestones • Strategic team-building programs • Client appreciation & leadership retreats • Hosted corporate happy hour experiences For organizations that prefer engagement at their own workplace, we also deliver facilitated on-site team-building experiences directly at your office. Our mobile team engagement programs bring structured activities and professional facilitation to you — maintaining the same high standard of execution as our venue-based events. Whether hosted at our Comstock Park venue or at your location, every event is designed to drive morale, connection, and participation at scale. 📍 Serving Grand Rapids and West Michigan If you're looking for a professional corporate event partner focused on engagement, structure, and measurable team impact — we should connect.
