About Bhavana Learning Group

Bhāvanā Learning Group specializes in contemplative learning and leadership development. As your learning partners, we support individuals and organizations in becoming grounded in their natural leadership—cultivating presence, clarity, and the capacity to navigate complexity with wisdom. Our Contemplative Learning model develops inner wisdom and discernment to enable meaningful, effective change while enhancing both individual and organizational well-being. Our approach integrates multiple traditions and disciplines: Ontological distinctions to deepen awareness of our “way of being,” supporting generative communication and deep listening. Developmental psychology cultivates vertical growth and expands perspective-taking capacity. Buddhist psychology and contemplative practice to soften ego-identification and cultivate clarity, compassion, and inner stability This integration supports leaders and teams in moving beyond reactive patterns toward more conscious, skillful leadership and service.
