About BIC.business integrity culture GmbH

BIC offers you the proven Compliance Culture Scan® that will assess your compliance culture for a range of compliance topics. According to all the set standards, it is the actual practice of a compliance culture that is essential if your compliance management system is to be a success. Compliance Culture Scan® will make your compliance culture visible—including that in foreign branches and international business departments. It will allow you to see not only your successes, but also any potential weak spots that you can then focus on specifically and thereby reduce your general costs. You can use the results of our analysis for your compliance reports and annual reports, for targeted training, and as proof of your commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR). The data from our web-based survey of your managers and employees in whatever languages they use will be processed to deliver results in a condensed form based on indices. This makes them easy to assess with our integrity traffic light, and you can also use data to compare different regions and departments. Compliance Culture Scan® is designed with a gradual global roll-out in mind, and its application can be extended to a broader range of topics—one step at a time. Please come and visit our website where we shall be pleased to advise you on how to adapt Compliance Culture Scan® to the needs of your company. Our Compliance Culture Scan® start-up project is being backed by the state of Saxony-Anhalt with funding from the European Union's European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
