About Bid Bot

Welcome to Bid Bot. Created by two brothers Alex Castle (Bid) and Will Castle (Bot), Bid Bot is the first consultancy led platform business that focuses on improving your bid quality scoring. We offer expert consultancy services on your bid responses using our specialised platform equipped with advanced tools designed to enhance quality scoring. Our knowledge has been built from years of successful bid wins across various sectors—including central government, education, healthcare, and more. The services we offer are: 🔍 Free bid response assessments: Our in-house expert Alex will offer free assessments on your past and live bid responses using our quality checking, scoring, and suggestion tool. In just minutes, he can uncover years of hidden issues, providing actionable insights to improve your chances of winning. 🛠️ Platform Services: Our platform contains the first quality checking, scoring and suggestion tool, built using key ingredients that Alex has built from years of analysing bid responses word by word. The workflow that is used to analyse the responses has been meticulously crafted to flow through requirements, personas, assessment criteria, and ingredients, all mapped against the marking scheme. Whether it’s auto-generating responses or analysing existing ones, our platform provides a score and tailored suggestions based on individual role personas, for example, the bid team, subject matter experts, buyer stakeholders and the buyers marking teams, bringing you as close as possible to the real buyer reviewers.
