About Big Data Digital - Salesforce Consulting Partner

Big Data Digital works with clients of all shapes and sizes to ensure their Salesforce investment produces tangible business results. We are a leading Salesforce implementation and consulting partner across Australia. Many of these have been with commercial corporations (ranging from large scale enterprise wide implementations through to small to medium sized business) looking to improve the way they collaborate and work with their clients and customers. We believe Customer Relationship Management is much more than just technology; it is a philosophical approach to how organisations choose to manage their relationships with clients, customers, partners, stakeholders and staff. We have for many years helped organisations understand the value in Customer Relationship Management and how to ensure their organisation is positioned to gain maximum outcomes from their investment. Our strategy has been to work smart, deliver exceptional quality outcomes and to be recognised as a ‘value add’ to our clients. Our work has included all aspects of Salesforce, including standard CRM configurations, integrations with both on premise and cloud based client technologies, through to Force.com custom applications. We have worked with many clients to deliver to them very unique and differing business outcomes, ranging from Membership Management solutions, Event Management solutions and Legal Client Management solutions through to the standard CRM solutions.
