About Big Gumdrop Outdoors

Big Gumdrop Outdoors (BGO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating urban youth and inspiring them to explore the outdoors. By providing tools, programs, and activities that alleviate barriers to nature access, we empower kids to connect with the natural world, fostering personal growth, environmental stewardship, and community impact. Through these experiences, we aim to break generational cycles, helping youth lead liberated and fulfilling lives while advocating for the conservation of our shared ecosystems.
