About Big Hit Kickboxing Studios
We offer fun, kick-a**, high-intensity kickboxing & Muay Thai style workout classes 🥊 #BigHitLife 📍 Queen West, Downtown Oakville & Park Lawn Rd. Big Hit was born, February 2013 with a vision of bringing the fitness benefits of kickboxing and Muay Thai style fitness classes to communities where all levels of ability are welcome. Big Hit is built on the blueprint of creating intense 30-45 minute classes which use techniques from a combination of mixed martial arts, in a boutique studio setting. Never boxed before? Great! Come in today and beat up B.O.B, (don’t worry, he can't hit back) to get a full body conditioning and cardio workout. Follow our blog to live the ultimate #BigHitLife http://blog.bighitstudios.ca/
