About Big Team CIC

We support people who want to create, contribute and attend festivals while forging their own paths into the industry. We work with employer organisations to develop more inclusive festival environments, with a view to contribute to long-term, meaningful change in the live events sector. Big Team CIC was established in 2019 by Team Love Productions as a proactive response to the lack of representation within their own workforce and the creative industry as a whole.  Through equity driven projects, community collaborations, and long-term engagement, we empower individuals to thrive and reshape the future of the industry in a way that works for them.
