About Bihn Construction

At Bihn Construction, we build with purpose — delivering public, private commercial, and high-end custom residential projects across South Carolina with integrity, discipline, and results. Our background spans large-scale educational, municipal, and commercial construction in New York, now driving operations across the Upstate and beyond. We bring proven expertise in ground-up commercial facilities, educational campuses, government buildings, healthcare, hospitality, food & beverage, and complex residential builds — managing every phase with precision and accountability. Our services extend across three core sectors: Public Commercial — educational facilities (K-12 and university), government & municipal buildings, healthcare and hospitals, community infrastructure, and publicly funded projects of all scales. Private Commercial — retail, food & beverage, hospitality, office, and tenant improvements for private owners and developers. High-End Custom Residential — architect-driven custom homes and complex renovations that require disciplined execution, technical coordination, and elevated craftsmanship. We operate with one standard across all project types: uncompromising quality. Every build is executed with the same level of rigor, coordination, and accountability. We partner with proven subcontractors and forward-thinking architects to deliver work that's not only completed, but completed the right way. Honest Work. Timeless Builds.
